Injection section
We have 18 presses from famous manufacturers such as Krauss Maffei, Demag, Ferromatik Milacron, Negri Bossi, presses with forces ranging from 25T to 800T.
We also have the necessary auxiliaries: fed granules, granules, coolers, conveyors, etc.
The 150T, 200T, 400T, 650T tone presses are provided with Wittmann brand robots for automatic injection of the injected landmarks.
Mold
In the molding section we assure the entire process from design to the approval of the benchmark produced by the mold. Mold production is done using steels from specialized suppliers such as Meusburger, Hasco, DME, FCPK.
We have 3 CNC machining centers (Bridgeport, Cincinati, Milacron), electrode erosion, wire cutting, flat grinding, turning, welding, etc
